Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't been processed or shipped yet, we can change the address or cancel it for a full refund. Once it has shipped, it can't be changed or canceled.

All available payment options are shown at checkout.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (up to 5 during busy periods). Most items then arrive in about 10–15 business days; items stocked in U.S. warehouses usually arrive in about 3–5 business days. See our Shipping page for details.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum. Express shipping isn't available.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
Items can ship from different warehouses, so a multi-item order may arrive separately.
Tracking
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking number when your order ships. Tracking usually becomes available within 3 business days of shipping. See Track your order.
My tracking hasn't updated in a while.
Updates can pause for a few days in transit. If there are no updates for 45 days after shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Returns and refunds
My item arrived damaged, broken or wrong.
Email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, photos of the item, packaging and shipping label (and a short video if it doesn't work). We'll send a replacement or refund you, usually without needing the item back.
Can I return something I changed my mind about?
Sorry, we can't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. See our Returns page.
When will I get my refund?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
