Overview

This website is operated by Verso ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting our store or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Privacy policy, our Returns & refunds policy and our Shipping policy, which are part of these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the store. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you buy from us.

Products and pricing

We try to describe and photograph our products accurately, but colors and details can look different on different screens, and product packaging may vary. Prices and availability can change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel any order for that product and refund you in full.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, we suspect fraud, or the order can't be delivered to the address given. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full. We currently ship only to addresses in the United States.

Fulfillment

Our products are packed and shipped by independent fulfillment partners on our behalf. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping, cancellations, refunds and replacements are handled as described in our Shipping policy and Refund policy.

Payments

Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider. You agree that the payment information you give us is accurate and that you're authorized to use the payment method.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the store for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to submit false, misleading or harmful content.

Intellectual property

The Verso name, logo, and the text, graphics and design of this store belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without our permission.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", and we make no warranties beyond those stated in our policies or required by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Verso will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Verso harmless from claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the store.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your state of residence requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted here applies to orders placed after it's posted.
